Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a middle market portfolio with $75MM–$1bn in annual revenue clients.
• Serve as primary relationship manager and strategic advisor on financing, cash flow, and growth initiatives.
• Source, originate, and close new commercial banking relationships through centers of influence.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver lending, treasury, depository, capital markets, and wealth management solutions.
• Monitor portfolio risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
