Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 12 years' experience in Commercial Banking, Relationship Management, Sales.
• MBA or advanced finance degree preferred.
• 12 years Middle Market Banking / Corporate Banking experience preferred.
• Formal Credit Training.
• 2–5 years hands on credit experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of middle market companies with annual revenues typically ranging from $75MM to $1bn.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager and trusted financial advisor, providing strategic guidance on financing, cash flow management, capital investment, acquisitions, and growth initiatives.
• Source, originate, and close new commercial banking relationships through proactive business development, community involvement, and centers of influence.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions including lending, treasury, depository services, capital markets, and wealth management.
• Expand wallet share by identifying opportunities for product penetration and relationship growth.
