Qualifications

• 10 years of relationship management with commercial or middle market clients.
• Deep knowledge of commercial banking products and services.
• Expert-level credit skills for structuring diverse transactions.
• Ability to identify early warning signals and manage risk.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence.
• FINRA licensing (SIE, Series 63, Series 79) or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary banking partner for a portfolio of US-headquartered middle market companies.
• Build and deepen relationships with existing clients and new prospects.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across working capital, lending, treasury, and capital markets.
• Structure and sponsor credit solutions across varying risk profiles from origination to approval.
• Coordinate with cash management, underwriting, markets, and investment banking for integrated solutions.
• Lead portfolio planning, budgeting, and revenue management; mentor junior staff.
