Qualifications

Proven ability to originate, grow, and manage middle market client relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a portfolio of middle market companies with revenues $75MM–$1bn.
Serve as the primary relationship manager and trusted financial advisor for financing, cash flow, and treasury needs.
Source, originate, and close new commercial banking relationships through proactive business development and centers of influence.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver lending, treasury, depository, capital markets, and wealth management solutions.
Monitor portfolio performance and manage credit risk with prudence.
Provide strategic leadership and coordinate internal resources for complex transactions.
