Job summary

Texas Capital Bank seeks a Relationship Manager for Commercial Real Estate Banking. You will drive new relationships, fund loans, attract deposits, and promote PxV and Commercial Card spend across diverse industries.

Based in Dallas with opportunities to collaborate across markets, you will manage a portfolio, exceed calling metrics, and deliver comprehensive financial solutions with best-in-class client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial banking experience preferred with CRE focus.
• Formal credit training or underwriting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Focus on client coverage and disciplined calling to meet objectives.
• Partner across the bank to deliver full-service solutions from inception to close.
• Build domain knowledge on CRE, markets, regulations and industry trends.
• Manage risk and ensure quality in new and existing client portfolios.
• Utilize reports and systems to manage pipeline and sales production.
