Job summary

Texas Capital in Austin is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to drive new relationships, loan fundings, deposits, PxV and Commercial Card spend for middle-market clients with revenue between $25 million and $300 million.

You will own a portfolio, deliver comprehensive financial solutions, and partner across the bank to provide best-in-class client experiences while managing risk and achieving growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of commercial banking experience preferred, including credit analysis/portfolio management.
• Advanced knowledge of banking products and financial acumen.
• Formal Credit Training or underwriting experience is critical for success.
• Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate and manage a client pipeline and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive a strategic client acquisition pipeline in the market.
• Provide disciplined client coverage and deliver optimal financial solutions.
• Partner across the bank to deliver the whole-bank experience to clients.
• Maintain knowledge of products, markets and regulatory considerations.
• Identify and mitigate risks across new and existing clients.
• Manage pipeline and performance using reports and systems.
