Qualifications

Responsibilities

• New Business Origination: Develops and maintains relationships to generate direct deal flow. Focus on entire banking relationship; coordinate team approach to approving and closing new deals to grow assets and revenues while optimizing profitability.
• Credit Quality and Onboarding: Monitor credit quality; ensure reporting; analyze financial information and take corrective actions; manage onboarding to ensure proper booking of transactions.
• Relationship Management: Engage with sponsors and borrowers to expand our relationship.
• Maintaining Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends; represent bank at forums; adjust coverage and solutions as needed.
