Job summary

WEX is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager for its Global Travel division in the Americas, including the United States. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing executive relationships, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver value across premier accounts.

The position requires 8+ years in relationship management with enterprise clients, payments industry knowledge, and strong data storytelling capabilities. Spanish is a plus in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
• 8+ years of relationship management experience with enterprise clients.
• Must have payments industry knowledge and experience.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data interpretation.
• Strong skills in Excel, Tableau, Google Suite or equivalent tools.
• Experience in the online travel agency industry is preferred.
• Ability to build and deliver multilevel presentations with data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy, growth and goal delivery for premier Global Travel Accounts in the Americas.
• Collaborate with partners to create mutual value.
• Coordinate with leadership across functions (Operations, Finance, Product, WEX Bank) and Lines of Business.
• Develop and execute a joint value creation roadmap and drive delivery.
• Collaborate with international teams for joint success.
• Develop and execute communication and strategy to secure and grow utilization of WEX solutions.
• Maintain current charge volume activity and accurate forecast information.
• Recommend strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analysis.
• Attend applicable trade shows and engage senior leaders to build advocacy.
