Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience managing portfolios of interrelated initiatives within financial risk operations.
• Ability to align multiple projects to operational risk targets and customer goals.
• Proficiency in visualization tools to translate workflows into visuals.
• Understanding of SOX, SOC and regulatory control integrity.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document critical initiatives to deliver operational risk targets.
• Oversee capital funded initiatives and product/technology roadmaps.
• Provide governance and oversight of the project portfolio and risk mitigation.
