Job summary

REPAY is looking for a results-driven Relationship Manager to manage top-tier client relationships, from implementation through retention. You will analyze client issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive strategies to grow revenue and satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in Relationship Management or Sales, payments industry experience, and proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients through implementation to end of relationship.
• Work with top 75 clients to ensure satisfaction, profitability, and retention.

• Develop and execute strategies for day-to-day or proactive service solutions.
• Lead a team in solving complex problems and understanding client needs.
• Define and optimize client account management and engagement structures.
