Job summary

SWIFT in Frankfurt is seeking a self-driven Relationship Manager to grow our presence across Eastern and Central European markets. You will own existing client relationships and forge new ones with banks, financial institutions, corporates, and asset managers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development or consulting experience in the financial industry.
• Mother tongue German and fluency in English.
• Knowledge of banking, corporate cash management and SWIFT's product ecosystem.
• Proven ability to communicate, present and network at senior levels.
• A university degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
• A confident, flexible, and resilient mindset with a passion for excellence.
• Collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with top-tier clients and market infrastructures.
• Identify opportunities and close deals that drive growth across SWIFT's product and service portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for large accounts and initiatives.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and represent SWIFT at industry events, forums, and fairs.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver integrated solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for key clients.
• Share market intelligence and contribute to internal innovation.
