Job summary

Grey Search + Strategy is seeking a Relationship Manager in the United States to build strong client partnerships and drive growth. You will act as the trusted advisor, understanding client financial goals and recommending suitable solutions while maintaining high service levels.

Your role includes managing portfolios, presenting proposals, and executing effective sales strategies to maximize profitability. Strong experience in Asset-Based Lending and fluency in English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in business development and client management, specifically in Asset-Based Lending (ABL).
• Comprehensive understanding of financial industry trends and market dynamics to drive growth.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide sound advice.
• Understand clients' financial goals and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Monitor client portfolios, prepare and present proposals to strengthen accounts.
• Develop customized solutions to address client concerns and enhance client satisfaction.
• Identify development opportunities to generate new business and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability.
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments to evaluate client portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry standards.
• Other duties as assigned from SVP, CEO or CRO.
