WSFS Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager to administer a book of existing accounts and onboard new relationships, ensuring compliance with Bank and Corporate Trust policies. The role collaborates with operations, compliance, DTCC, and clients to maintain robust client service and accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years in Institutional Trust Services or Global Capital Markets, plus advanced Excel and Access skills and strong analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Business.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Institutional Trust Services Global Capital Markets; prior banking experience is required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize workflow and high attention to detail.
• Ability to write reports, memorandums, business correspondence and draft procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Daily administration of a book of accounts ranging from straight forward to complex.
• Coordinates and oversees relationship management of corporate clients and the day-to-day administration of accounts.
• To include all administrative and operational management of activities for Global Capital Markets.
• Will be a subject matter expert for a variety of processes, products and services Review and approval of assignments and DWAC’s.
• Daily reconciliation of accounts.
• Follow all Bank and Department policies and procedures.
• Timely responses to internal and external inquiries.
• Maintain client relationships.
• Onboarding of new transactions.
• Working knowledge of accounts and governing documents.
• Liaison with operations, compliance, DTC, management and vendors.
