U.S. Bank in Chicago seeks an experienced Relationship Manager for the Securities Industry and Global Banks group to lead large, complex client relationships.

You will develop cross-sell strategies, manage portfolio growth, and coordinate with product partners to deliver banking solutions. This SVP-level role emphasizes leadership, client service, and strategic growth across national and international financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or other related field.
• Typically 10+ years of banking experience.
• Experience working with financial institutions sector clients.
• Strong sales management and business development skills with demonstrated results.
• Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and manage large corporate portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of bank loan market and credit underwriting.
• Experience with treasury, corporate card/payables, capital markets, trust and custody.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong analytical and problem-solving.
