Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years Commercial Banking experience, at least 5 years of sales experience preferred.
• Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required.
• Underwriting experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build new and existing client business translating to increased revenue.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop profitable new client relationships and expand references through centers of influence.
• Partner with internal teams to tailor relationship strategies and win prospects.
• Lead in community and industry forums to deepen networks and knowledge.
• Analyze financial information to determine credit requests and pricing aligned with risk.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and Credit Officers and maintain CRM activity.
