Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 6 years Commercial Banking experience with at least 5 years of sales experience.
• Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required.
• Proven ability to build new and existing client relationships resulting in revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to assess profitability drivers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop profitable new client relationships by leveraging centers of influence, existing clients, and referrals.
• Develop and implement a business plan to achieve financial goals and qualitative measures.
• Work with internal partners to deepen relationships and acquire new prospects.
• Meet with customers to enhance trusted advisor relationships and ensure business needs are met.
• Analyze financial information to determine credit requests and monitor client performance.
