Responsibilities

Maintains primary relationship contact for a portfolio of existing customers.
Identifies and facilitate cross-selling of bank services.
Ensure the overall relationship is managed to the highest profit potential.
Identify and facilitate to businesses to move primary banking relationships to Fifth Third.
Provide outstanding customer service.
Meet or exceed goals stated in compensation plan.
Monitor information concerning customer performance to determine loan risk.
Ensure proper reporting, documentation, and review to determine loan risk.
Participate in community affairs to promote the bank's image.
