You will work under supervision, identify risks, and help drive revenue through deepening client relationships while maintaining credit discipline and regulatory compliance. This position is in-office, based in Atlanta, with focus on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree required; combines education with relevant certifications or experience as applicable.
• Knowledge of credit risk concepts and internal credit policies is preferred.
• Experience in relationship management and product offerings within commercial banking is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Performs or assists in banking activities, including underwriting and relationship management.
• Identifies and mitigates risk across regulatory, reputational, operational and credit domains.
• Analyzes information to design and execute client solutions and move transactions from proposal to close.
• Interacts with clients to expand relationships and deepen share of wallet.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze and evaluate credit risk using internal policies.
• Participates in learning activities and mentoring to develop credit and sales skills.
