Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years in commercial banking with relationship management and business development.
• Proven success in generating commercial loans and deposits.
• Strong financial analysis and credit underwriting skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow commercial banking relationships through networking and referrals.
• Generate new business and achieve loan, deposit, and fee income goals.
• Structure and manage commercial lending solutions including C&I and CRE loans.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management, SBA, and other internal teams.
• Manage full client lifecycle from prospecting to closing and portfolio management.
