Formación

• 1 year of experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of business credit and core business products and services.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with $1–$5M annual revenue; provide banking solutions and credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver an outstanding client experience with tailored banking solutions.
• Identify and promote solutions balancing client needs and firm profitability.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their place of business.
• Identify and pursue new business clients to cultivate long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with Chase Wealth Management, Home Lending, and Branch Teams to meet client goals.
• Support branches and adhere to risk management and regulatory requirements.
