Goldman Sachs is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Relationship Lending Group to support front-to-back execution of relationship-based lending transactions across ABL, RBL, revolvers, and term loans. The role emphasizes coordination, collaboration with internal coverage teams, and external counterparties.

You will leverage your financial modeling and covenant knowledge to craft credit summaries, engage with syndication banks, and shape portfolio strategy.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related quantitative field.
• 1–3 years of financial services experience in corporate lending or finance.
• Strong financial modeling and covenant framework knowledge.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Experience using AI tools to support daily workflows.
• Independent yet collaborative team player.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate deal execution from inception to close across lending products.
• Lead multiple deals simultaneously and coordinate across teams.
• Engage with syndication banks, borrowers, and external counsel.
• Provide analytics and portfolio reporting to senior management.
• Identify commercial opportunities and deepen client relationships.
