Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Senior Associate/VP for Global Banking & Markets - Private Dept-Relationship Lending Group in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on lead execution of relationship-based lending across ABL, revolvers, term loans, and RBL, with emphasis on Natural Resources sectors including oil & gas, power, and mining.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external counsel, drive deal completion, and contribute to portfolio strategy and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Requires strong financial modeling skills and ability to prepare detailed credit summaries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse internal teams.
• Experience in corporate lending or financial services with focus on Natural Resources sector.

Responsibilities

• Drive deal execution: structuring, underwriting, and closing of relationship-based lending transactions.
• Lead multiple deals across stages and coordinate with Banking, Capital Markets, Leveraged Finance, Legal, and Credit Risk.
• Negotiate with syndication banks, borrowers, and external legal counsel to shape commercial terms.
• Provide analytics, presentations, and portfolio reporting for senior management.
