Goldman Sachs in Dallas seeks an Analyst for the Relationship Lending Group to underwrite, structure, execute, and advise on a broad set of lending transactions. You will coordinate from inception to close, serving as a resource to senior team members and acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and internal partners.

Responsibilities include coordinating deal execution, leading multiple deals, negotiating with syndication banks and counsel, and shaping portfolio strategy with analytics

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or quantitative field.
• 1–3 years’ financial services experience in corporate lending or finance.
• Knowledge of bank loan products and corporate finance fundamentals.
• Strong financial modeling and covenant framework experience.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Experience using AI tools to support workflows.
• Ability to work independently in a team environment.
• Highly organized with multiple priorities and a commercial mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate deal execution across loan facilities, syndications, and credit facilities.
• Lead multiple transactions, coordinating with IB, leveraged finance, legal, and risk teams.
• Engage with syndication banks, borrowers, and external counsel on negotiations.
• shape portfolio strategy and provide analytics and reporting to senior management.
• Add commercial value and leverage AI tools to enhance analyses and client relationships.
