Goldman Sachs is seeking an Analyst in the Dallas-based Global Banking & Markets Relationship Lending Group. The role focuses on underwriting, structuring, and executing senior lending solutions across energy, oil & gas, renewables, metals, and mining sectors.

You will coordinate front-to-back deal execution, engage with syndication banks and borrowers, and provide analytical insights to guide capital allocation and commercialization of the portfolio.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other quantitative discipline.
• 1–3 years’ financial services experience in corporate lending or corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of bank loan products and corporate finance fundamentals.
• Advanced financial modeling and covenant analysis skills.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Experience using AI tools to support daily workflows.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate deal execution from inception to close, including revolving credit facilities, ABL, RBL, term loans, and letters of credit.
• Lead multiple deals across stages, coordinating with coverage teams, Leveraged Finance, Legal and Credit Risk.
• Negotiate with syndication banks and borrowers; represent the firm in documentation.
• Provide analytics and portfolio reporting for senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify commercial opportunities and deepen client relationships using new tools.
