Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other quantitative discipline.
• 1-3 years’ financial services experience in corporate lending, corporate finance or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of bank loan products and corporate finance fundamentals.
• Proficient in financial modeling, capital structures and covenant frameworks.
• Superior writing and presentation skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using AI tools to support daily workflows and ad hoc analyses.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate deal execution: support structuring, underwriting/approval, and closing of relationship-based lending transactions across facilities and lending types; prepare Capital Committee memos.
• Lead transactions: manage multiple deals across stages; coordinate with internal teams and risk management; escalate issues with solutions.
• Engage with external counterparties: negotiate with syndication banks and borrowers; represent the firm in documentation negotiations.
• Shape portfolio strategy: provide analytics and reporting for senior management; inform capital allocation decisions and opportunities.
• Add commercial value: deepen client relationships and leverage tools/AI to enhance analyses.
