• Help meet client service and branch sales targets by relationship development.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists after consultative conversations.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance sales skills through meetings and training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to controls, procedures and risk management; stay updated on policies.
• Lead branch sales initiatives as an expert resource.
• Provide professional client service with courteous conversations and uncover needs.
