Simmons Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to grow and retain client relationships while delivering exceptional service. You will assess financial needs and propose bank products to help clients reach goals, using outbound calls, business visits, and community events.

You will partner with specialists to serve both existing customers and prospects, aiming to meet and exceed branch targets while maintaining compliance and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Two years customer-facing and goal-oriented experience.
• Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) is required; obtain license after employment.

Responsabilités

• Share and recommend the banks full scope of resources to customers, including traditional in-branch services, digital capabilities, and business partner resources.
• Meet individual and branch goals through required levels of in-person and outbound calling activities.
• Open and close accounts, assist with account selection, and ensure compliance with BSA and CIP requirements.
• Facilitate consumer loan requests and maintain knowledge of loan policies and procedures.
• Refer clients to partner teams for small business, mortgage, and financial advisory services.
• Maintain high client satisfaction by delivering an optimal customer experience and ensuring compliance.
