Qualifications

• Ability to motivate and present information one-on-one and in small groups.
• Embrace a team-centric approach to helping customers in a fast-paced banking environment.
• Capable of coaching and leading branch teams in absence of AFCM.

Responsibilities

• Share and recommend full bank resources to customers, including digital capabilities.
• Meet and exceed individual goals through in-person and outbound calling activities.
• Open/close accounts, research customer accounts, and ensure compliance (BSA/CIP).
• Facilitate consumer loan requests and mentor junior staff on loan processes.
• Refer customers to small business, corporate, mortgage, and advisor partners.
• Maintain high client satisfaction by delivering an optimal customer experience.
• Complete compliance training and follow all applicable laws and policies.
• Assist with transactions and provide solutions during customer inquiries.
