• Meet in-person and outbound call activity goals.
• Assist with opening/closing accounts and loan inquiries.
• Refer clients to small business, corporate, mortgage, and financial advisory partners.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and ensure compliant processes.
• Process customer requests accurately and professionally.
