Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED is required and two years of customer-facing experience are preferred.
• NMLS registration is required after employment; obtain an NMLS license.
• Occasional travel for meetings, training, and bank conversion may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Build, expand, and retain client relationships with a focus on exceptional service.
• Assess clients’ financial needs and offer Simmons products and services to achieve goals.
• Perform account opening/closing, process transactions, and assist with service requests as needed.
