Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment with applicable background checks.

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests and sale functions.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and branch sales targets.
• Supports team sales process by consultative conversations and referrals to specialists.
• Participates in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.
• Advances knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through training.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Adheres to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Engages clients with courteous conversation during transactions and assists with branch navigation.
