Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience required.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and branch automation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle both complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile) to improve service.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for Truist client solutions.
• Participate in Leadership routines and training to advance product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and risk management guidelines.
• Serve as a secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
