Job summary

Truist is seeking a Senior Relationship Banker in Franklin, VA to deliver outstanding client service and grow client relationships. You will recommend financial solutions through consultative conversations and referrals, and may perform teller duties as needed.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, expanding relationships, and coordinating with internal specialists for complex needs, while adhering to policies and procedures. Regular, full-time role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check.
• Ability to travel and work weekends/extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service and expand client relationships.
• Offer financial solutions based on consultative conversations and referrals.
• Cross train to perform teller duties when required.
• Meet or exceed client service and branch sales targets through cross-selling.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists and maintain compliance with policies.
