Qualifications

• 2 years of banking experience with lending responsibilities.
• Strong math, accounting, and numerical reasoning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Knowledge of banking products and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work under time pressure and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to build lasting relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Promote bank products and services and refer clients to other lines of business as needed.
• Open and manage personal and business accounts with accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with loan applications, including personal loans and home equity lines of credit; explain terms.
• Process transactions accurately and balance cash drawer daily.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and privacy regulations; monitor for suspicious activity.
• Support branch operations and mentor newer staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
