Busey Bank in Missouri is seeking a Relationship Banker II to blend customer service, sales, and operational excellence at an elevated level. You will act as a trusted contact, open and manage accounts, process loans, and support digital banking tools.

The role requires 2 years banking experience, NMLS registration, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will mentor teammates, uphold regulatory compliance, and help meet monthly sales and referral goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 2 years of banking experience with lending responsibilities required.
• Pursuant to SAFE Act, NMLS registration must be current and maintained.

Responsabilités

• Greet and engage customers, providing exceptional service and building relationships.
• Actively identify and promote bank products and services; meet sales and referral goals.
• Open and manage personal and business accounts; assist with transfers and check orders.
• Process personal loans and home equity line of credit applications; educate on terms.
• Handle transactions with accuracy; balance cash drawer; record activities.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements; monitor for suspicious activity.
• Support and mentor newer staff; foster a collaborative work environment.
• Assist with daily branch operations and security; support leadership.
