You will promote the bank's products, assist with loan processes, and support digital banking tools while mentoring newer staff and maintaining compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma.
• 2 years of banking experience with lending responsibilities required.
• 1 year of previous training and/or combination of mentorship, military or management experience required.
• Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to provide exceptional service and build relationships.
• Actively identify and promote bank products and services to meet customer needs.
• Open and manage personal and business accounts with accurate, compliant setup.
• Process loan applications and assist loan officers through approval.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure accurate transaction recording.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and ensure privacy and security of customer data.
• Assist newer staff and support branch operations.
• Support online and mobile banking adoption and usage.
