Santander is seeking a Banking Center Senior Relationship Banker in Stratford, CT to lead sales, service and operations at the Banking Center. You will work with clients to deepen relationships, coach staff, and help the branch meet or exceed goals.

The role requires 3-4 years of customer service and banking sales experience, supervisory skills, and travel to nearby centers. Base pay ranges from $40,500 to $68,000 per year plus Santander benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred
• 0-2 years supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of bank products and services
• Ability to travel to Banking Centers within the regions

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales, service and operations goals for the Banking Center
• Supervise in manager's absence and mentor staff
• Deepen share of wallet with existing clients and attract new clients
• Lead cross-selling of products and ensure compliance with policies
• Document activities in lead management tools such as Salesforce
• Support audits and operational standards
• Travel to various Banking Centers within the region
