Job summary

Santander is seeking a Banking Center Senior Relationship Banker in Old Lyme, CT to lead sales, service, and operations with the Banking Center Manager in their absence. You will help drive branch growth, manage client accounts, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

This role requires 3–4 years of customer service and needs-based banking sales experience; 0–2 years supervisory helpful. You will use Salesforce for lead management, process routine transactions, open new accounts, and mentor

Qualifications

• Education: HS Diploma or GED required; advanced degrees preferred.
• 3-4 years customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred; 0-2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of branch products and services; ability to travel to Banking Centers within the region.

Responsibilities

• Assist Banking Center Manager with sales, service, P&L, operations and staff development.
• Handle routine transactions, open accounts with complete client information, and ensure compliance.
• Build COI’s by networking to promote bank brand and use Salesforce for lead management.
• Mentor colleagues and ensure high-quality client experiences; support audits and policy adherence.
