Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker in San Francisco to build client relationships by meeting face to face and providing tailored financial guidance.

You will open and service accounts, originate loans, and educate clients on deposit and loan products, while collaborating with branch teams to deliver excellent service. Applicants should have 4–5 years in retail banking, a high school diploma, and bilingual ability in Mandarin or Cantonese plus English.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak in business-level proficiency of Mandarin or Cantonese and English.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital products.
• Provides a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Develops collaborative partnerships with branch team members to best serve clients.
