You will open accounts, process transactions, and collaborate with branch colleagues to deliver exceptional service. The role requires 4–5 years of retail banking experience, a high school diploma, and bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin or Cantonese.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak in business-level proficiency of Mandarin or Cantonese language and English.

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on deposit and loan products and services and recommends financial solutions based on each customer’s goals.
• Develops collaborative partnerships with branch team members and partners to best serve clients.
• Proactively educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to assist with meeting their financial needs.
