Job summary

U.S. Bank in San Francisco is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage clients face to face, assess banking needs, and provide tailored financial solutions.

You will open consumer and business accounts, process basic transactions, and educate customers on digital tools, deposits, loans, and services.

This role requires NMLS registration, strong customer service, and collaboration with branch teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak business-level Mandarin or Cantonese and English.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by engaging and communicating with clients.
• Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital products.
• Provide a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Develop collaborative partnerships with branch team members to serve clients effectively.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and submit credit applications.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service tools to meet financial needs.
• Leverage resources and technologies to optimize client experience with accuracy.
