U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker in California to build strong client relationships, assess banking needs, and educate clients on products and services.

You will assist with deposits, loans, and opening accounts while partnering with branch colleagues to deliver exceptional service. The role requires NMLS registration and a background/credit check; familiarity with digital tools and self-service options is a plus.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically five or more years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to build relationships and engage clients.
• Knowledge of retail products and digital services.
• Sales campaign experience and customer outreach.
