Santander in Taunton, MA is seeking a Senior Relationship Banker to manage a portfolio of high-value consumer and small business clients, delivering needs-based solutions and cross-selling across products. You will engage customers in-branch, by phone, and with partners to grow relationships and ensure an exceptional experience.

The role requires 5+ years in sales/financial services, strong communication and problem-solving, and the ability to work weekends/evenings as needed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage a portfolio comprised of high value consumer clients and small business customers.
• Proactively deepen relationships with new and existing customers through outreach to portfolio customers.
• Be the Santander product expert and articulate benefits to help customers based on their needs.
• Assess customer needs by asking questions and identifying opportunities to help achieve financial goals.
• Recommend and deliver needs-based solutions and introduce key partners as appropriate.
• Collaborate with team members and partners to achieve branch goals and drive performance.
