Qualifications

• Knowledge of banking policies and consumer products/services.
• Licensing: Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process by leveraging leads, greeting customers, and identifying product needs.
• Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling Bank products and services; hit weekly sales goals.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Perform teller transactions and related operational duties per policy and procedures.
• Support risk management and adhere to regulatory compliance across activities.
