Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Senior Relationship Banker to execute traditional consumer banking tasks and drive branch sales. You will handle customer transactions, refer qualified leads, and support cross-selling efforts across Retail banking products.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of related banking experience.
• Knowledge of banking policies, consumer products and services.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through leveraging leads, outbound calling, greeting customers, and identifying customer service and product needs.
• Make appropriate recommendations in selling and cross-selling Bank products and services.
• Identifies and achieves individual weekly sales goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Incorporates FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
• Performs routine operational duties including traditional teller transactions per policies.
