Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• SAFE compliance within 30 days, including NMLS background checks and ongoing regulatory requirements.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and occasional overnights or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service in person and over the phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships through consultative conversations and referrals.
• Cross train to perform teller duties as needed.
• Maintain advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests and problem resolution.
• Contribute to meeting sales targets by offering products and services.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists as appropriate.
• Participate in Leadership routines and continue product knowledge training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
