• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Demonstrated proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliance within 30 days of employment, including background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Exercise advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests and sales functions for deposit, credit, and other products.
• Contribute to meeting sales targets by offering products and expanding client relationships.
• Support team sales by consultative conversations and referrals to internal specialists.
• Participate in all components of the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance sales knowledge through training and product knowledge meetings.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies and stay updated on policy changes.
• Lead sales initiatives within the branch and act as an expert resource.
• Provide professional client service with a courteous, solution-focused approach.
