Job summary

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding goals and delivering high-level client service.
• Excellent communications skills and relationship-building abilities; solutions-based sales approach.
• Technologically savvy (MS Office, Internet, mobile tech, bank systems).
• Must register and maintain current NMLS registration.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Deepen consumer relationships by onboarding, outbound calling, and setting meaningful appointments.
• Grow consumer relationships by managing top customers, leveraging campaigns, and soliciting referrals.
• Champion operations and compliance by following audit guidelines and maintaining privacy and internal controls.
