Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related banking experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales skills required.
• Familiarity with branch technology and banking policies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote the sales process by leveraging leads, outbound calling, greeting customers, and identifying needs.
• Make recommendations in cross-selling bank products and services.
• Meet weekly sales goals as set by Branch Manager.
• Incorporate FNB digital products into customer interactions.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using approved branch tech.
• Manage lifecycle of new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
• Perform branch operations tasks including scheduling, opening/closing, vault cash, and policy adherence.
• Execute routine teller transactions and other operational duties.
• Support risk management by following FNB policies and procedures.
