Job summary

You will be cross‑trained to perform teller duties as needed and provide financial solutions through consultative conversations.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking ability, regulatory compliance (SAFE/NMLS), weekend/extended hours availability, and travel as needed to support staffing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment with NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and advanced sales functions.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and branch sales targets by offering products and services and retaining relationships.
• Supports team sales by consultative conversations and referring complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participates in all components of the Retail Leadership routines.
• Advances knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through training.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Adheres to internal controls and risk management policies and stays informed of changes.
• Leads sales initiatives within the branch as an expert resource.
• Provides professional client service with courteous transactions and needs discovery.
